What is your excuse of not having fruits?
There is always a past to the disliking of present- so do share your excuses in the comment.
Well my 6 classic excuses were
Too many seeds in the fruits.
It is mostly sweet
It makes you put on weight
Even Constipation
Too much of work to peel cut and eat
Someone cut and give it to me, I will have it
Lets come out of these excuses, these are not pains but these are friends.
It took sometime for me to understand.
Few Important things to remember-
Glycemic Index and Glycemic load - this twin term rules the diabetec world.
GI scores should be less than 55 and GL score should be less than 10 for the fruits.
Apparently all the fruits falls under this category, which is a good sign.
Together they determine the Carb value of each fruits and based on the same, I have picked the frutis which are not only lower in GI but also lower in GL. And certainly these magical fruits should not be avoided.

Apple -
